Description

We are looking for a Senior-level TS/SCI-cleared Data Manager to join our team.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree OR 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 8 years of relevant experience with an Associate's Degree.
People management experience and excellent communication and keen problem-solving skills. Extensive technical project management experience, independently initiating and driving projects to completion, and experience solving strategic problems.
Experience doing quantitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data to create data-driven insights. Experience with data manipulation, extract, transform, load (ETL) procedures, and a working knowledge of database technologies. Experience managing databases and data pipelines and working with cloud architectures.
Experience working with large, complex geospatial data files and formats

Desired Qualifications:

Experience using Agile/SAFe methodologies; experience with NGA enterprise technology systems, such as NGA CORE and MLOps; GEOINT Professional Certification – Fundamentals (F); experience working with AI/ML technologies applied to geospatial data.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active TS/SCI and current CI Polygraph

Salary Range: $150,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
